Our packaging allows for flexible merchandising options: frozen shelf life of 6 months, refrigerated shelf life 60 days, ambient shelf life 45 days. Cakes are baked fresh and immediately shipped out to you. Packages will be labeled with refrigerated shelf life, as most of our retail partners prefer to merchandise us in the cooler with other healthy snack and drinks.
