CARROT CAKE

Our carrot cake with lemon ginger whip is light and fluffy, and baked with organic cinnamon, organic carrots and walnuts. This snack cake is topped with a lemon and organic ginger whip. All of our snack cakes are high in protein, low in natural, organic sugars (we sweeten this flavor with organic maple syrup), and gluten-free. A guilt-free dessert that is truly a functional addition to your day. Our snack cakes are packaged with 2 cakes per sealed package (8 packages/case). Our case packs can serve as a POP display. Our packaging allows for flexible merchandising options: frozen shelf life of 6 months, refrigerated shelf life 60 days, ambient shelf life 45 days. Cakes are baked fresh and immediately shipped out to you. Packages will be labeled with refrigerated shelf life, as most of our retail partners prefer to merchandise us in the cooler with other healthy snack and drinks.
